Returns a list of statements. Statements are a record of the balance and the amount of withdrawn and paid to the bank account. Commonly, this statemenet is sent by the bank to the account holder by a daily basis. This endpoint fetches all statements from all bank accounts enrolled in Shinkansen Treasury and can be identified by the bank_account_id field. List can be filtered by date range, and bank account id.
