Does Shinkansen Payouts supports sending multiple payments in a single request (batch/list-based transfers)?

I'm trying to find out how to better adjust my payout flow to Shinkansen. I understand the payout object is immutable, which I like. Is there a way to cancel an already created/scheduled payout order?

The API information is quite complete, but I wish you could document it in Swagger or have a Postman collection to share like others. I think it would make it easier to understand.
